About the Minowin People
Physically the Minowin tribe might seem unremarkable. That us until you take a closer look and discern their feet are larger than might be expected, because their toes are longer than those of humans. Indeed, they are so long and dexterous they’re often used as an extra pair of hands, since their big toe is long enough to be fully opposable, giving them the ability to grasp with their feet.
The Minowin tribe have no special superhuman powers to speak of, but are incredibly gifted designers, architects and artists. Statues and works of art in Minous are most often derived from the Minowin hand. A detailed inspection of their works will allow you to see that these people have managed to get the humanoid form down to a precision art.
Perhaps their crowning achievement is the underground city were the Ten Tribes now reside. As a reward for their efforts in designing the city, it was accordingly named after them.
This tribe have long standing traditions surrounding the suns of Hellas, Gaaron and Frayon. In one of their most famous myths, a Minowin tribesman was chosen by members of both royal households of the Sun People to settle an argument which had raged between them for millennia. On the face of it the answer was a simple one because eall he had to do was name which sun was the brightest. However, seeing that the pride of each set of visited rested on the answer, he shrewdly gave a clever and non-committal, for he feared what the repercussions might be for his world if one of the royal visitors were angered.
To this day, Fayon, the smaller of the two suns, can occasionally be seen to outshine its larger neighbour and goes some way to indicate the argument still rages between the two nations.
